About Christine McMahon

For over 25 years, Christine McMahon has brought her experience and expertise to champion social and economic justice throughout the New England region and nationwide. She is nationally recognized for her influence as a public policy leader, having forged groundbreaking models to eliminate barriers to employment for populations affected by disability, stigma, or circumstance. She was recently selected to serve on the National Advisory Committee on Increasing Competitive Employment for Individuals with Disabilities.

As CEO of Fedcap, Christine engineers innovative, sustainable strategies in her oversight of the political, administrative and operational success of a rapidly growing, pioneering agency, including program and service design, organization development, budget and finance modeling, risk management, and interagency collaboration and partnership. Under her leadership, the organization has grown from a $60-million-dollar agency to a $225-million-dollar enterprise.
